1. How do I use 911 VA, LLC?

In order to use Coin A Friend™ to Buy or Sell Bitcoin, you simply sign up for a Debit Card, which will be backed by a bank account in your name.

2. Once I receive my Debit Card, how do I deposit funds?

There are a number of ways to deposit funds on your Debit Card.

As a Buyer, you will need to deposit funds before you can complete a purchase.  As a Seller, you can begin selling once you add a wallet address that contains bitcoin.  We will never ask for your Private Key, nor should you ever give your Private Key to anyone!  Your sales will be deposited to your account immediately.

3. Can I use Direct Deposit to my account/card?

Yes!  But there are some limits listed below.  Direct Deposit or Bank to Bank transfer.  You’ll find your Direct Deposit account number and the Bank routing number on the form that you received with your new Debit Card.  It looks like this:

5. What is the maximum amount that I can deposit on my card per day?

While there are limits for each card, a card holder can own up to 5 total cards.  This means that each authorized user can have their own card and subsequently order 4 additional cards in their own name.  Each card will need a different mobile number assigned to it.

6. Can payments that I receive using this Debit Card and your system be reversed?

NO!

7. Do I need to give someone my Debit Card Number in order to complete a purchase or sale of crypto?

NO!

8. Do you or anyone else need my crypto private key?

No!  And never give you wallet's private key to anyone!

9. Do I need to have this card every time that I want to use 911 VA, LLC?

No, your physical card is not needed to complete transactions once you have completed the sign up process.

10. Is my account secure?  Is my crypto secure?

We recommend using Yubikey as a second factor authentication on both your account with us, and your bitcoin wallets.  Since we do not control your bitcoin, you should secure them with 2FA.  911 VA, LLC does not move crypto onto, or out of, your crypto wallets.
